Pre-Order Policy
Please Read Before Submitting Your Pre-Order
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment when item is ready to ship.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
When placing your pre-order via the online website, the two payment options are paying in full or paying the 20% non-refundable deposit (unless the item is cancelled by manufacturer).
When paid in full: Item will be shipped once we receive it from the manufacturer.
If not paid in full: We will email your invoice with balance due, shipping, and tariffs will be added if applicable, when item arrives from manufacturer. Full payment is due within 5 days of invoice.
Please Note: ETA's can be 6 or more months and are out of our control unfortunately.
Cancellation:
- Once we confirm your pre-order (order confirmation email), the order is binding. We expect that you honor your agreement to pay for item(s) you pre-ordered when they are ready to ship.
- We understand that certain circumstances may happen that would affect your ability to pay the remaining balance for the item(s) ordered. Please email us as soon as possible to discuss options or to cancel the order.
- For cancellation of paid orders, you will either receive the full value of the refund as store credit, or a refund to your original payment method minus 5% for credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.
- We reserve the right to cancel all of your pre-orders if we deemed that you have canceled too many.
