Refund policy

( Revised 06/02/2024 ) We can cancel and refund your paid pre-orders, minus the processing fee:

4% Credit Card Cards, 10% After Pay, Shipping charges are NON Refundable

E-Z Catch is an Authorized Dealer for All Products we Sell.... We only sell NEW products...With that being said...All products carry a Manufactures Warranty and should be returned to the Manufacturer as it's stated in their own warranty and or return policy.... ( PLAESE CALL OR EMAIL US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS )

We are NOT a Service center, we are Factory Authorized Dealers and or Retailers....

We do not accept returns on products that you Opened, Operated or test run, that's a Manufacturers warranty issue... ( Shipping Charges & Credit Card Processing Fee's are NOT REFUNDABLE, we do NOT get these fee's back from the credit card or shipping providers )

The merchandise must be Returned in the original package in unused condition.NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ( E-Z Catch is not liable for return shipping fee's)

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and applicable freight charges if need be...

Buyer pays return shipping charges, unless we shipped you the wrong Item...

We do NOT do Exchanges or Store Credit.. You will receive a refund...

Pre- Order Cancellation:

  • Once we confirm your pre-order (order confirmation email), the order is binding. We expect that you honor your agreement to pay for item(s) you pre-ordered when they are ready to ship.
  • We understand that certain circumstances may happen that would affect your ability to pay the remaining balance for the item(s) ordered. Please email us as soon as possible to discuss options or to cancel the order.
  • For cancellation of paid orders you will receive the full value of the refund to your original payment method minus the 20% non-refundable deposit and minus credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and Google Pay fees.
  • We reserve the right to cancel all of your pre-orders if we deemed that you have canceled too many.
